Join me for a 30 minute full body workout created to help you burn calories, tone and sculpt your entire body. Lots of great movements to get you moving and feeling great. We'll mix standing work with pilates mat work so you get a full workout and stretch. After our workout I do a live Q & A which you are welcome to stay, this is a time I dedicate every week to answering any questions you may have about your pilates movements, offering tips and advice along the way as we move forward in our pilates journey together.
