  • A 30 minute online mindfulness mediation guided by Mar, open to all.During the 30 minutes there will be a short introduction covering the 4 simple steps of mindfulness meditation.We'll use the time together to conscioulsy connect with the breath to calm the nervous system and restore.The group sitting we be hosted via ZOOM.
