Restorative Yoga for Beginners
Do you need to push through pain to get more flexible? Not in restorative yoga. In this class, we will cover a series of exercises to passively stretch muscles that affect our respiration. We also cover exercises providing fascia release. At the convenience of your space you will be able to practice helping you improve the biomechanics of respiration. The asana poses will be accompanied by breathwork.
The class will end with a short guided meditation practice.
The purpose of the asanas was to mobilize muscles and soft tissue that affect respiration, while the breathwork was aimed to help practitioners relax and go deeper in the poses. The class is led by @Anastasis Tzanis .
