  • Join Bex from The Mindful Kitchenfor a weekly online workshop where we will explore the exciting world of plant-based cooking together. Each week we will focus on either brunch, lunch, supper or something sweet, and create something delicious for you to dig into at the end of the class.For this week's cook-along we will learn how to make SPICY SWEET POTATO HASH BROWNS WITH LIME CASHEW RAITAto enjoy for our lunch.You will need a food processor for the raita, but there are adaptations that can be made if you don't have one.The class will last for around 60 minutes and will be packed full of tips, adaptations and nutritional information that will leave you feeling confident about creating plant-based food at home.You'll have plenty of opportunity to ask questions during the class, and it will be recorded for those who can't attend and would like to watch at a later date."I was amazed how much we could make in such a short time, and that the results were distinctively different from what I would have made on my own without following the class.
