  • What we'll do
    Puerto Rico was devastated by the path of two gargantuan hurricanes in a span of two weeks. They plunged the Island into a total blackout for weeks. The Corps of Engineers that had been contracted by the Islands government did not lift a finger for a month. Still today, one-third of island residents lack electricity.
    To make things worse, Congress enacted a Tax Reform that treats the 3.5 million residents of Puerto Rico as foreigners and strips the Island of its economic base.
