  • LOFI is a 45-minute low-impact (no hopping, running or joint-jarring movements) high-intensity workout. Similar to it's HIFI sibling this class will have you pushing, pulling, lifting, holding, turning and sweating. It employs various timed intervals (you never know which interval sequence until you arrive) to burn a boatload of calories, not only during the workout, but for hours afterwards.

    This class is designed with beginners and older adults in mind. The low-impact exercises help to lower the risk of aches & pains in the joints during the workout. Therefore, you can focus on the workout and allow the muscles to take all the suffering...in a good way!

    You will go through a series of dynamic body movements using anything and everything we have available during the workout. Work at your own pace. Let your body acclimate to the program. The more often you show up the better your body adapts. After a few workouts you can really crank it up to burn off those pesky extra calories.

    Remember, just because it is low impact does not mean it's low intensity. You will see amazing improvements in your fitness levels and your waistline.
