Four venues around the community feature various films from around the world during this 11-day festival in January. The festival begins and ends with gala events. During the week celebrities arrive for a black tie awards ceremony. Thousands enjoy starting off summer in front of five stages that play host to almost 200 performers representing dozens of music genres, making the festival a must-see for all ages. The location additionally features an arts studio, carnival, food vendors and record store.
Memorial Day celebrations include this Sacramento event that features over 125 bands performing everything from jazz and blues to country, rock and Latin. Enjoy live street performances, music in small, intimate settings and concerts at the Convention Center.
