Up to 30 teams may participate in this Nederland race. With a team member inside, pall bearers must drag, push or carry the coffin through a preset obstacle course and across the finish line. Excess laughter is the team's greatest hindrance!

Started in 1979 with the screening of adventure films, Mountainfilm has now expanded to include numerous independent film screenings, panel discussions, book signings, and art and photography shows. Student projects are also welcomed. After the festival, the award winning films are screened worldwide.
With the gorgeous backdrop of Aspen, this culinary extravaganza offers delectable food tastings, with informative demonstrations and seminars by well-known chefs. In June, several venues around town are used for the various scheduled activities that include multiple samplings of some of the finest wines available.
This 40-year old festival showcases outstanding bluegrass music. Standard rules are set aside, as well-known and less famous artists take the genre to a higher and more unique level. The party does not end when the sun sets, as late night shows crank up at indoor venues nearby.
