Vitality Training Studio and Boundless Endurance partnered with First Watch Bowles for a weekly run. We will meet in the parking lot of First Watch Bowles and run 3 easy miles around Clement Park and the Columbine fields. If you are new to running or feel like you are slower than others, don't worry! We run together in 2 separate groups (grouped by speed and others who may want to run more than 3 miles), only going as fast as our slowest. It's about enjoying a run in the early morning and the company of others.
After the run, we will hang out at First Watch for a quick breakfast if you can stay. First Watch graciously will provide free coffee and a shareable item for us and if desired, their delicious breakfast.
