  • This truly Self Care evening will be a fun, inspiring, and loving way to treat yourself just after Valentine's Day!

    Come early to network and taste heart-healthy but very tasty foods for the soul from 5 to 5:30, and then we'll dive right into our programming, talking about heart health, self care, chakras 1, 2, and 4, followed by a short but sweet DIY session of making bath salts!
