Plains Peanut Festival

If you guessed the festival centered around peanuts, well, you'd be right. The festival features exhibits that showcase the area's famed peanut production. In addition to educational exhibits, there is a 5k road race, free entertainment, vintage farm equipment displays, arts and crafts, and plenty of peanuts.
