Iowa State Fair

Every August for 11 days, the city in the heartland has held an annual fair for the past 150 years. In addition to a host of animal and craft exhibits, visitors enjoy the thrill rides of the carnival, a variety of live concerts and shows along with a bevy of fun contests and food.
