  • These "Lymphatic FLOW" sessions are for folks who have never done yoga to those with yoga experience.

    This HOWEVER is a Judeo/Christian movement class.

    We will explore stretching postures and breathing techniques that reduce swelling and pain in the body.

    Mats, straps and pillows will be provided. The idea is to be comfortable. The more pain and swelling you are having the better suited you are for the class.
