Spanning from October through May the annual event offers something for music lovers of all ages. Guests relax and picnic on the lawn while listening to live concerts day and night. Musical selections provided range from the country's most popular top 40 bands to classical symphonies. The event also hosts a number of workshops for budding musicians.

Chosen by professional curators, over 250 artists participate in this annual June weekend event in the historic district of Old Town. Works consist of every medium available and the festival represents one of the largest in the country. The fair also includes a tour of approximately 50 local gardens. A children's corner provides the chance for youngsters to channel their inner artist and a food court provides refreshments.


The community serves as home to the Libby Pumpkin facility and to the local residents of the Aludium Q36 Pumpkin Modulator team who enjoy an entry in the Guiness Book of World Records. In the middle of October every year, teams of all ages arrive with handmade machines for the great pumpkin throwing contest. Visitors also enjoy an array of crafts, food and games.
