St Patrick's Day Parade

Known for its rich Irish heritage, it is only fitting that Boston was host to the very first St. Patrick's Day celebration in 1737. Today, it has one of the largest St. Patrick's Day parade. The parade is filled with colorful floats, local groups, and marching bands. Once the parade goes by, there are plenty of food vendors and much merriment.
