Apple Jack Festival

Renowned for its apple orchards, the community sets aside a weekend every September to commemorate the native crop. An extensive parade features numerous floats and dozens of marching bands. Activities include a carnival, an auto show and crafts along with a variety of contests and live entertainment. Food vendors offer a selection of popular goodies, many focus on apples as an ingredient.
