Summer Arts Festival

For an entire weekend in June the streets of the city celebrate the arts with this festival that attracts over 100 artists who display and sell their work. Musicians covering all music genres provide entertainment and the Taste Fest area offers everything from traditional funnel cakes, hot dogs, hamburgers and other carnival foods to Greek gyros, Italian pizza and Mexican meals. The event also showcases the artistic talents of local grade school children and offers the Children's Fair where youngsters have the chance to release their inner creativity.
