At Eckankar events, youll find many people like yourself who have explored the inner side of life and had spiritual experiences--sometimes unexplained until they came across the teachings of Eckankar. Eckankar is a place to gather with others who know we are part of a divinely constructed system of inflow and outflowreceiving our spiritual lessons and returning the love in service to all life. What we put into life comes back to us, often in unexpected ways. Living with an awareness of ourselves as divine beings allows us to live a more satisfying, happier life.

Dream travel, or spiritual experiences in your dreams, often leads to more conscious awareness of the inner universes. In Eckankar, thats called Soul Travel and its a very natural experience for most people. You can learn it, practice it, use it in times of stress or joy to help you become more aware of yourself as Soul.

The Sound of Soul, or the HU Chant, include twenty minutes of singing this sacred word, HU, which is a spiritual exercise of Eckankar, followed by silent contemplation. HU, an ancient, sacred name for God, can be sung by anyone, anytime, for help and upliftment.

Our ECK Light and Sound Service program is simple: A shorter HU chant and silent contemplation, students of Eckankar sharing personal stories about Soul Travel and how its helped them, and discussion circles where you can listen or ask questions and share your spiritual experiences with others of like heart and mind.
