  • Every March, sugar houses statewide open their doors. Visitors learn about maple production. After a cold winter, maple trees produce sap that is collected, boiled, and turned into sugar or syrup. Demonstrations and pancake breakfasts are held. Prepare to be spoiled, as there is nothing like real maple syrup!
