Not surprisingly, the annual Polar Bear Plunge that falls in the middle of winter. Participants must raise at least $100 for NJ's Special Olympics. The reward is a dip in the mid-30 degree water of the Atlantic Ocean. Over 100,000 spectators arrive to watch the spectacle.
