Monday evening group meditation

Group meditation in Room 31, Churchill School (enter in front door). Generally about ten minutes instructions or talk, 30 minutes silent meditation, discussion after for those who wish. Chairs, benches, and cushions furnished, you don't need to bring anything. Occasionally there are special meditation groups or movies related to mindfulness at other times.
