Seeing more clearly

Join us for the inaugural meeting since our recent move from Ardmore to West Philadelphia. We'll meditate as a group and together we'll explore the cultivation of the skill of seeing more clearly: becoming more aware of bodily sensations, patterns of thought, what's going on around us, and what's being communicated by others. What are the hindrances to seeing clearly? What are the relevant benefits of meditation? Why is it an important fundamental skill of this path?

Notes:
1. Open to all levels of awareness/practice of the Buddhist path. Beginners, intermediate, advanced are all welcome.
2. Our current space is very very limited. ~10 people maximum and this event is being listed on multiple places in addition to meetup. So RSVPs are required to ensure we don't exceed capacity. If full, join the waitlist and if people's plans change we'll adjust accordingly.
3. The event is offered freely. Donations will be accepted.
