    It's easy! Sit back, relax and be guided through a mind and body relaxation and visualization.

    Leave with an increased sense of well-being, with a positive and peaceful state of mind

    Suitable for both beginners and those who are more experienced in meditation.

    2-sessions, introduction course ...July 5th and July 12th.

    All meetups are FREE OF CHARGE as a community service.

    The Brahma Kumaris Center is on the second floor of the building, suite 4. There are only stairs, no elevator.
